1991 mare (Aromat x Polinezia), Pritcha was purchased from Tersk Holland Sale in 2005. A wonderful old fashioned type Russian mare. Good body and topline with lovely eye and expression. We love all our horses but Pritcha especially because she touches your heart. Pritcha is not an easy mare and has not accepted change easily. She was separated from her foal and put on a transporter for an eight day journey to Holland. Kossack were really worried, she wouldnt eat or drink for a few days and was really depressed. She is now happy and settled in her new home and will never go anywhere else. Her sire Aromat (Mascat x Madia) is the sire of many superb racehorses including Pomazok (x Poetika) gaining from 21 starts 11 x firsts, 2 x seconds and 2 x thirds. Winner of St Leger, Topol Prize, Aswan Prize, Pesniar Prize, Elite Prize and in 1993 unbeaten in all Russian classic races sold to Qatar. Pulsar (x Poetika) successful at the track in Germany and Karat (x Kaluga) successful racehorse in Russia, a National Champion Stallion in Holland, Top Ten Stallion in Paris and Res British National Champion. Her dam Polinezia (SU) (Nabeg x Polnoch) raced for one year and was placed twice from four starts. She is dam of Gips (by Mashuk) who is an Elite ECAHO Stallion with the following impressive show record: Int Champion Frauenfeld, All Nations Cup Champion, Aachen, European Champ Res, Menton, International Champ Wels, International Champ Cervia.
