Plakida (2006) liver chestnut filly by Nikel (SU) x Perebejka (SU) Her sire Nikel (Kumir x Nutria) wonderful Old Russian pedigree. He was Chief Sire at Tersk Stud for two years, then exported to Holland and was Chief Sire at Kossack Stud. He raced in Russia but owing to an injury he was retired. From 8 starts he gained 2 x firsts and 2 x seconds. His sire and dam are also race winners and were known to produce athletic offspring. Nikels stock have been very successful both in the showring and as performance horses. His daughter Prinikela Kossack (2005-Grey-Filly) by Nikel out of Pribaltika ( Balaton x Pantomima by Naftalin) made Junior Champion at the NSW State Championships 2006 in Australia. Anatevka Kossack (out of Arabella) was National Champion filly Foal 1999 in Holland, Nourek (out of Greenland) was National Champion colt foal 1997 and Futurity Champion 1999 in Holland, Patent (out of Portugalia) was Winner of the Dutch National Race Championships in 1999. His son Aranik Kossack out of Arabella by Balaton was Senior Champion Stallion and Surpreme Show Champion, Reg. Show Alkmaar, Holland 2006 and Classwinner AVS Stallion Licencing show 2007.
