Perebejka (RU) (Balaton x Perspektiva) was purchased at Tersk Holland Sale 2004.
Her sire Balaton (Menes x Panagia) 'The Horse of the Century' was European Champion Stallion in 1992, res European Champion Stallion in 1991, National Champion Stallion, Holland in 91 & 92. Also the sire of Kubinec the only ECAHO five star stallion. His prize-winning progeny are too many to list but a few to mention are: Abakan (x Amunitia), National Champion Stallion, Holland. Sambist (x Stihia) sold in Tersk Holland sale for Usd 315,000 to Qatar, excellent racehorse and sire, Pobeditel (x Pantomima) Jnr Champ colt Holland in 99 and 2001 now Chief Sire at Tersk. Pjatakova (x Popova) British National Champion Mare 2004.
Balaton was mostly known as a sire of show horses, he did race but never won he was placed seven times from 10 starts. His sire Menes won six times and was placed four times from 13 starts.
Her dam Perspektiva RU (Piligrim SU x Polinezia SU) purchased at Tersk Holland Sale in 2004.
Her grand sire Piligrim (SU) (Gips x Postup) raced in Russia for 3 years gaining 3 x 1sts, 4 x 2nds and 2 x 3rds from 14 starts. He bred his first mares at age 5 and was later leased to Kossack Stud, Holland. He was Champion Stallion at the International Show in Munster Germany in 1998 and Champion Stallion at the Russian Show in Pyatigorsk in 2000. Both Piligrim and his sire Gips are known for producing very typey offspring with excellent well-set necks and fantastic movement.
Her grand dam Polinezia (SU) (Nabeg x Polnoch) raced for one year and was placed twice from four starts. She is dam of Gips (by Mashuk) Pamir (by Mashuk), Derjava (by Aswan) Polianka (by Karnaval) and our own Pritcha (by Aromat)
Perebejka is the dam of Plakida (by Nikel (Kumir x Nutria by Topol) a very special filly.
Perebejka has only been shown once at the British Nationals 5th in a strong class but won the hearts of the spectators by her tremendous trot round the whole arena without breaking there was only Dean who could have kept up with her.
