Standing at stud in 2010 at the very generous stud fee of: £400 plus VAT if booked (with deposit) by December 09 £500 plus VAT thereafter. Our most grateful thanks to his owner Mrs Sandra Mills for allowing him to stay with us and give breeders the chance of using this lovely stallion. His sire the international superstar Alidaar by Shaikh Al Badi (Morafic x Bint Maisa El Saghira) x Bint Magidaa (Khofo x Magidaa) is full brother to Ruminaja Ali and who is now owned by Al Shaqab Arabians in Qatar. Azim is a striking and very pretty horse with a great topline, fantastic tail carriage, good shoulder, limbs and huge liquid eyes. Bred in the purple his pedigree is as superb as his temperament. His dam is Dorian Shah Halima by Ansata Ibn Halima (Nazeer x Halima) x Dorian Shahwaniyah (Shah Nishan x Kisra) tracing in tail female to Rodania. She is a daughter of US National Top Ten stallion Ansata Ibn Halima out of a full sister of multi-champion stallion Dorian Shah ElShams who was by 1982 Canadian National Champion Stallion Shah Nishan a full brother of the 1976 US Futurity Champion Ibn Morafix. Azims great grand dam Kisra was a full sister of Abenhetep the sire of Patrick Swayzes late stallion Tammen and half sister of AK Khattaara the dam of the Elite German stallion Al Kidir. Azim carries 37.5% Nazeer blood and Alidaars grandsire Khofo is from the same dam line as Aswan, whilst Alaa El Din being tail female to Risala. Crabbet wise he has 18 lines to Bint Helwa, 22 lines to Astraled, 20 to Mesaoud, 17 to Feysul, 16 to Queen of Sheba, 7 lines to Ridaa, 12 to Ibn Nura and 4 to Jamil. Essentially a mix of Nazeer and Crabbet with a little desert-bred from elsewhere. Azim Ibn Alidaar traces to the mare Rodania - strain Kuhaylan Ajuz. Tested SCID free
